I met Nina at Humane Society Tampa Bay and took her photos for the Pit Bull Picture Project. She’s estimated to be 8 years old and has been looking for a new home since the middle of September. She appears to have a broken jaw that was never treated, so she has a crooked grin. She is gentle, sweet and loves to cuddle.

The Humane Society also told me that she is a Dolly’s Dream, dog. Which means, she comes with 3 free training sessions, a collar, leash and crate to help her get a new leash on life.

Dolly’s Dream was created to rescue, rehome, and one day help restore the image of all bully breed type dogs. They partner with local rescue, shelters and humane societies to fulfill their commitment to these innocent and loving animals.

Nina makes her Debut

Great Day Tampa Bay, a local Tampa morning show, invited me and Humane Society Tampa Bay to tell my story. The segment was about 5 minutes  and I got to talk featured fundraising events, Group Pet Photo Shoot Parties, quitting my job and the Pit Bull Picture Project. You can view the video here.
