I recently met Jericho at my Pet Photo Shoot Fundraiser for The Humane Society of Sarasota County at Buddy Brew. He was brought by one of the shelter staff members to try and find him a home. Unfortunately, he left the set without a new family. I had a lull between participants and was able to snap a few photos of Jericho wearing his “adopted me” vest.

If you’ve been looking to add a puppy to the family then look no further! Jericho came to HSSC from an overcrowded shelter in Mississippi when he had no where else to go. He’s about 28lbs now but at only 5 months old he still has plenty of time to grow. Obedience school is a must for any puppy in order to establish a good owner/dog relationship as well as socialization with other people and dogs and HSSC has a variety of training classes we offer. All of our puppies are spayed or neutered, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. Puppies get adopted fast so don’t miss the opportunity to come in and meet this wonderful little boy!
