I recently met Louie, the Quaker Parrot. Quaker Parrots can live up to 30 years and are very smart. Louie loves eating apples, shredded wheat and making sounds when you talk to him. He was also quite the model. We placed him on his perch and he started posing right away. He’s practicing for when America’s Next Top Bird comes to Animal Planet.
