Humane Society of Tampa Bay recently rescued 10 Havanese pups from a hoarding cruelty case with the help from Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center.
The shelter is under construction so we set up our studio in the gift shop and the shelter staff brought in one dog at at time. Each dog was matted, covered in feces and were out of sorts, but through all that matted fur, you could see a glimmer of personality.
Local groomers will be giving them a makeover and we’ll be taking the after phots too.
The shelter estimates they’ll be available for adoption in about a week. but stay tuned to their website for the most up to date information.
