Behind the Scenes of a Wide Angle Pet Photo Shoot
The play yard at the shelter has some ramps for the dogs to plan on and they worked perfectly for this type of photo shoot. It takes a lot of patience and the help of two volunteers to get a great photo of a shelter pet. We also used lots of treats and peanut butter too.
It’s also important to make sure the dog is comfortable before trying to take their photo. Adoption photos is how we got started with pet photography in 2014 and we’ve learned that if you stay calm and relaxed, the dog will be too.
