Volume 1 and 2 of Tails of Gratitude Raised $19,250 combined
Each year we receive 400+ applicants for this special fundraiser, but we’re only able to choose 50 families for this incredible experience! Although we can’t respond personally to each applicant, please know we read each word of your special stories and our hearts are filled with gratitude knowing the love that your pet has brought into your life.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We review each one and select a special group to be part of this year’s Tails of Gratitude book.
If your application is selected, an AGoldPhoto Team Member will send you a text to setup your initial interview.
The Details
- A customized portrait session for 1 pet ($150 application fee) at our Pet Photo Studio in South Tampa. (multiple pets optional for an additional $100/pet)
- A double page spread in the book, Tails of Gratitude - Thank You Notes from People to Their Pets
- The opportunity to select the photo that will be used on your page in the Coffee Table Book
- The opportunity to purchase printed artwork of your pet from our custom artwork selection, and purchase your own copy of Tails of Gratitude to display on your coffee table!*
Best of all, 100% of the application fee is donated to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay
*Printed Photographic Artwork is not included with the registration fee and may be purchased separately. The published book is not included in the registration fee and will be available for purchase during your design consultation.
How the Process Works

Step 2
Discovery Call
Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your application, answer any questions and talk about logistics.
Step 3
Booking Your Custom Photo Shoot
Successful applications will pay the $150 registration fee and select a date for their custom photo shoot. Additional pets from the same household can be added for $100/each.
Step 4
Design Consultation &
Ordering Appointment
On the same day as the photo shoot, we show you all the best photographs in our theatre room. You will get to select your favorite photo for the book and purchase printed photographic artwork.
The Humane Society of Tampa Bay, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, provides shelter for homeless & at risk animals, adoptions, hospital and TNVR services for the general public; operates independently from the Humane Society of the United States. And we, along with our animals, would love to have you as a partner on this journey.

Want to include multiple pets from the same household?
Families with multiple pets can participate in Tails of Gratitude by upgrading to a group session.
Additional pets are $100/each and will share the same double page spread.

Launch Party
In November, there will be a launch party to reveal who is on the cover of the book, we'll do the check presentation and all the pets who who are in the book are welcome to attend.
